I got my hair and makeup done here and the results were amazing. Such good customer service. The prices were amazing. I came all the way from London to Canada for this and it was a nice experience. Definitely coming here again.

I visited the salon...

I visited the salon for threading and upper lip treatment, but instead of using thread, the technician opted for a facial razor, which wasn't what I had requested. Additionally, despite asking for wax for the upper lip, body wax and strips were used instead of the preferred facial wax. I was disappointed with the outcome as I didn't achieve the desired shape, and regrowth appeared within just two days. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the salon was lacking. Although the technician was polite, my primary concern was the quality of the services provided.
