This company is scam. Cindy Juares does not pay teachers, parents are concerned that they change teachers all the time。 First, they do everything to make you pay for classes then teachers give up on your child because (as I can see from the previous review). School doesn’t pay them.
I would recommend Language Links to anyone who's simply looking to brush up their English or to achieve high marks for exams. Here's my story.
I was struggling to get high marks for immigration purposes. After trying to accomplish the required mark a few times, I came across Language Links. My tutor made a plan and worked around my schedule to organize classes after hours and on weekends.
As my weaknesses were mostly in speaking and writing, we practiced and focussed on them. I'm delighted to say that I achieved my required score. I'm very grateful for their service, as if not for Language Links, I won't be able to continue my citizenship in time.
I love the team they have at Language Links! I have worked for LLX for almost a year and I can say that the Instructors and staff genuinely care for each student that comes to their school. As an ESL instructor I felt that the company gave me lots of autonomy and trust in delivering what I felt my students needed in their English learning journey. This trust gave me opportunities to customize my lessons and gave me control over my own creative ways of teaching! Due to a career path change I had to leave the company however, I am forever grateful to Language Links for giving me the opportunity to work for them and their amazing team!
Cindy is an exceptional teacher who consistently goes above and beyond for her students. She is a very remarkable educator and a great complement to any learning environment.
About a year ago I took private classes with Cindy to help me prepare for an English proficiency test for permanent residency in Canada. I couldn’t have met a better ESL professor. She helped identify my strengths and weaknesses to highlight the areas I needed to focus on most.
From the first class it was obvious that Cindy is really passionate about teaching and ensuring her students get the best out of her English knowledge. I felt I was in a very familiar environment while I was learning and I think this also played a part in my success when taking the test. Cindy gives you this confidence that you can definitely learn with focus and determination. I achieved the score I needed for my test and I’m grateful I got to meet her and be one her students. If you want to learn English in a familiar, friendly environment and get the tools and knowledge you need to meet your ESL goals, then this is the place to go to.
I got the privilege of having taken part in an Inmersion Programme for Teachers called PIALE (Galicia-Spain) in Toronto last November. Not only could I learn a lot about the Canadian Educational System, which will help me from now on to widen my professional experience a lot, but I also learnt about the Canadian culture and its customs. It was great to have had the opportunity of visiting Toronto, Niagara Falls, etc... Thanks Cindy and Jose for having been an important part of such a wonderful and unforgettable experience, which for sure I would love to repeat in the near future.
It has been a wonderful experience to have had the opportunity to get to know Toronto and improve my English and teaching skills. I recommend it. Jose and Cindy are wonderful people.
my 4.5 years old daughter taking a part in Language Links school online class. Her teacher is Mis. Cindy. Although my daughter is a shy girl, but she could make connection with her teacher very soon. Mis. Cindy is very positive and energetic teacher and her class is so much fun. I can't believe the rate of progress of my daughter. I think the method that they use for teaching is so close to standard. I'm so satisfy of knowing this institute and being my daughter here.
beside, this institute answering to all of my emails quickly and patiently.
I enrolled in the Real Speaking program at Language Links 1 month ago. I learned so much!! My pronunciation and fluency has improved a lot. In my humble opinion, this is the best institute in Toronto, Canada.
I spent a really nice time in Toronto last November as I had the opportunity to take part in a teachers´ program called PIALE.
I would like to point out several aspects of this experience I believe were essential to get into the Canadian´s culture and education system:
a) The engagement of Emery School in all those factors linked to the exchange of knowledge. During my stay at Emery I was invited to join all the actions connected to learning methodologies, school routines and philosophy. This professional experience provided me with valuable tools to apply in my daily lessons in Galicia.
b) The activities organized by Language Links during this month. These activities were intended, on the one hand, to establish relationships with other colleagues from my region and, on the other hand, to get into the Canadian culture. These actions helped me to build networks with other teachers and understand the society and the way of living in the country. I would like to highlight the activities I liked the most:
- Our first meeting: Cindy and Jose brought a funny activity to break the ice. We got to talk to almost the 44 teachers involved in the program. Besides, the presentation about basic information was really useful and motivating (contents very well organized and so clearly explained ).
- The reference library visit (building really worth it): a must in Toronto to get into the librarys´ network. The guided visit encouraged me to get involved in the librarys´ services in the city.
- The University tour in Toronto: the walk, the buildings … and particularly our guide.
- The workshop about Canadian Culture: it was carried out in a very cozy and familiar environment where we felt free to ask at any time.
- The farewell dinner: definitely, the best place for dinner I tried in Toronto. A nice restaurant buffet where it was posible to taste every type of food, savory and sweet. Delicious and affordable.
In general terms, I would like to point out all the guided activities planned as a way not to only get into the c
My experience in Toronto with Cindy and Jose from Language Links was amazing. Cindy and Jose are absolutely devoted, kind, patient and really welcoming and polite. I loved the trips they organized to Hamilton and Niagara. The guides they hired for the tours to Hamilton and Toronto Reference Library were really informative and well versed.I highly recommend Language Links, they play the magic of an unforgettable and stunning experience.
I had a wonderful experience at Language Links with their Celpip preparation class. Cindy, the teacher, was caring and passionate, making the learning process enjoyable. I highly recommend Language Links to all international students, newcomers, and anyone looking to improve their language skills.
I recently completed some private lessons with Cindy and it was an
exceptional experience. Cindy tailored each session to my needs,
making learning enjoyable and effective. Her clear communication,
engaging resources, and passion for English created a motivating
environment. I appreciate her punctuality, organization, and
dedication to my progress. I highly recommend Cindy for anyone seeking
a top-notch English tutor.
