I purchased a 2007 Audi A3 from Chris at Carpoint Edmonton Dealership. Chris was a down to earth guy, and very helpful with any questions I had. I felt no sales pressure and the sale was quick and hassle free. Vehicle was mint condition inside and out and so far have not had any issues. Thanks for the great service Chris.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable car and amazing service. Chris definitely takes care of you like family!! There was absolutely no pressure to buy here, in fact I was encouraged to look around to make sure this was the right place for me. No other dealership has this level of excellent service. This dealership is picky with the cars that they carry in the sense that they only want the best. They put me in touch with an awesome finance company who also helped me find a great insurance place. They definitely only deal with honest and quality companies and people! Thank you so much! If I ever need another car I will definitely come here first :)

My parents recently...
My parents recently purchased a vehicle from Carpoint Edmonton. The vehicle showed very well and was obviously well maintained and priced fairly. They felt comfortable dealing with Cris and I felt comfortable that they were being treated fairly. We had an issue with the vehicle early in the ownership but I have to say that in the end Cris handled it appropriately and fairly. Things can happen when you purchase a used vehicle but the customer service to correct the problem is what is important and in our case it was handled well by Cris. I would recommended stopping by to visit whether you are looking for a used domestic or luxury model vehicle. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Chris was very easy...
Chris was very easy to deal with, straightforward and not pushy at all. He happily accommodated our request for two test drives. Negotiation was simple and quick, and he even is helping out with an issue with the vehicle after the sale - we're very impressed and pleased. If he has a car you like, you couldn't find a better person to deal with - BUY IT! :)

Hands down the best...
Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Chris is a salt of the earth human being who cares about his clients and it really shows. There's never any pressure to buy and he really goes out of his way to make sure you get what you want out of the experience. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from Carpoint Edmonton again.

Recently purchased a Mercedes Gl 350 from Chris and I am highly satisfied. I live in Regina and wanted to be confident in the vehicle's condition before coming to Edmonton. Purchased a Lexus IS...
Purchased a Lexus IS350 this weekend. As I live in Calgary I didnt want to make the drive if there was anything wrong, or it wasn't as advertised. Chris was fast to respond to my inquiries, professional and polite on the phone. When I went to pick up the car it was just as he described. Chris isn't like the other car salesman I dealt with in the past. He seemed personable and really wanted you to like the car before buying and not trying to push for a sale. He didn't have the attitude like he was better than you when you walked in like I have had in past dealerships. Car was a great smooth drive on the way back. I am very happy with Lexus and I would recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase a nice vehicle.

I bought a BMW 328i...
I bought a BMW 328i from Carpoint about a month ago. Like the previous reviewer, I thought I'd wait to write a review because the deal was terrific, Chris was fantastic, and everything was easy and trouble-free that I figured there had to be something wrong with the car!
I really can't recommend Carpoint Edmonton highly enough -- amazing cars at great prices, and no high pressure anything. I dread buying cars, so aside from the great deal, I really appreciated the space to make my own decision... and it was a great one. (Yes, the car is still running beautifully.)

I was looking for a second car for leisure and fun, spending a few weeks looking for one. I passed by Carpoint and met Chris on my way home, totally unplanned. I was very impressed by Chris’ passion about cars, which tells you he is the right person to buy a car from. I found an amazing BMW in mint condition. Chris did not pressure me and was very friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. Thumbs up for Chris and the great customer service. I will sure be coming back and recommending Carpoint Edmonton to friends.

I first got in touch...
I first got in touch with Chris after a car accident. He worked with me to find a luxury vehicle that fit within the parameters and finances allotted by the insurance company. I purchased a m sport BMW. Chris threw in tires and rims to sweeten the deal as the insurance company gave a low ball settlement. This was just the beginning. Chris assisted with maintenance at his partnering mechanic shop. The vehicle was 10 years old, but looked and felt like new. I stayed in touch with Chris for over a year, as questions came up and he always took the time to talk and consult, even as I was already in a new car. The best part was most recently, I relocated to BC. I have a vehicle there as well, so needed to sell off the car. I posted it online, and had zero success. Chris worked with me to list on the best sites and what price to list it at. When it didn't sell, Chris worked with me to purchase the car back and allow me to liquidate the second vehicle and move to BC with out the hassle of leaving the car. I recently discovered I left my kids birth certificates in the glove box, and Chris went out of his way and mailed them off to me.
I highly recommend visiting Chris and experiencing true customer service, end to end, and look at his fleet of exceptional luxury vehicles.
