Always phenomenal service here, from the front desk through to the dental work - good communication, skilled staff, and a great atmosphere! I can't recommend Alta highly enough!

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve been here, but I would like to elaborate on my latest visit which blew me away. Right as I walked in I was greeted with smiling faces and a cheerful “hello good morning!”. Elaine at the front desk offered me and my mom a beverage. Dr. Soo is super down-to-earth and personable, yet highly professional with her knowledge and thorough explaining of things - not to mention she’s VERY gentle! I trust her wholeheartedly! In addition, dental assistant Fatima and Dr. Soo’s teamwork was so efficient as they worked on my teeth - I was very impressed by their synergy/flow. Last but not least, Lesley helped me feel comfortable right from the get-go when I made the booking/phone call prior to the visit. I actually was long overdue for a visit (oops!) and disclosed my insecurity surrounding that, but Lesley reassured me with positivity and encouragement, which I greatly appreciated and thought was really sweet of her. She was also super helpful with setting up my insurance benefits and answering all of my questions! All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff here are knowledgeable, genuine, and non-judgmental. I used to get anxious going to the dentist but not anymore! :)

-They offer clients free teeth whitening for a 5 star review. -I was sick and tired of the sale pitches for extra work after repeatedly saying no -The cleaning is a good experience if you don’t mind constantly being hustled for cash -i had a terrible experience when I had my wisdom teeth removed. They were rough on my face. The swelling did not go down for a month and a half. They had my mouth open for 3 and half hours during the surgery but still could not pull the last and final tooth. One of the hygenist told me after the surgery that I had stopped breathing for a minute. That was enough for me to move my teeth elsewhere.

Such an amazing experience! Went for my 1st appt in over 2 years and was warmly greeted by many staff upon arrival. All new top notch equipment, impeccably clean, professionalism - everyone introduced themselves and what they were going to do beforehand, staff all well educated, they even have 3 TV screens to make your visit more enjoyable (one above you). Nami and Dr. Teresa were amazing. Will continue to go here and recommend!

Of all the dental hygienist that I have had for many years at different dentists, Angela is one of the best. She is very thoughtful. I never once felt any discomfort when she was scraping and cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend her.

I needed some emergency dental work done, and called around to a number of different offices around town. The staff here were super helpful in getting me in immediately and getting the work done. It was also great hearing such detailed yet simple explanations for why I was having the problems, and their plan going forward to fix it.

Been looking for a dentist and staff who are thorough but don't try to upsell on too many additional procedures, and the team at Alta satisfied both criteria. During my check up, Dr. Soo was able to describe my symptoms and history exactly how I had it in my mind. She suggested to me a fix and offered to perform it on the spot for an extra 30 minutes (in comparison, the previous clinic I visited suggested a much more complex and expensive treatment). My routine cleaning was also performed to great detail by the very friendly dental hygienist, Evan. I've definitely found my family dentist. Thank you to the team at Alta!
