Evelynn did my piercing. They are amazing and so sweet and I never felt more comfortable. She really took every effort to make sure I was happy with the results and was so patient. Evelynn is so good at dissuading fears and really listening to you. It was quick and painless. I would 100% go again.

anny did my tattoos. she was amazing! she helped me with my spine tattoo and gave me tons of ideas. she helped with the pain too. she was so sweet and kind. i’ll definitely be coming back!

We called last minute on a Sunday and they graciously took our group of 4 in and accommodated our wishes. Very respectful and had a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Such a great experience! A friend and I sporadically decided to go get piercings for our birthdays. We first went to a different shop for a walk in because the piercer was supposed to be there until 9, however we were fortunately turned away because the piercer wanted to leave early and only had one person left. So with most other shops closing earlier then the one we went to, we decided to go home and make an appointment somewhere for another day. We ended up starting a conversation with the owner of this shop, who just happened to come outside right as we were passing. We asked if they had a piercer working and she said they did. We never checked the hours and just figured they were opened until 9 as well. Not only did they not turn us away, they apologized numerous times about us having to wait because there were people ahead of us AND they remained opened for us to get pierced. We were both pierced by Evelyn. She was not only extremely personable and lovely, but she also provided clear and concise explanations of what she was going to do and what to expect. I explained I was a little nervous after having a very bad previous experience with a cartledge piercing and she didn’t bat an eye and eased any concern and answered my questions. She was patient with me and even asked if I wanted to know when she was going to do it or would I just like to be prompted to take a breath in and out (which is definitely what I chose lol) and the whole thing went great! She did an absolute amazing job and I can’t wait to go back! I think I found my new piercer for sure!!! Thank you to the owner and front desk staff for the amazing customer service, staying opened passed closing, as well as the lovely Evelyn for doing such a splendid tragus piercing and helping add to our birthday celebration memories!!!!🫶

The folks here need to train their front desk workers better on what exactly their piercers can and can't do. To me, that reflects how this shop is run/conducted - poorly. Was very excited for a piercing, had an appointment booked, was even quoted a price and given a card, but turned away from my appointment upon arrival 2 days later, because the piercer didn't do those specific piercings. Big disappointment.

Evelyn's pierced my teen's septum and was SO kind and patient. Just overall good, professional vibes!!! Highly recommend a piercing with her!

My daughter and I were there on Mother's day to get matching tattoos. My artist was Anita and she is fabulous. I was so pleased with how it turned out. She is a lovely person to talk to and super professional and talented

My daughter and I have been in for several piercings and had a wonderful experience. Today we went for tattoos and were thrilled with the results. We will definitely go back to Anny and will be recommending her to all of our friends and family. Silverline has wonderful staff who always go above and beyond to make us happy.
