Traveled with this company back and forth from the QEII. They were prompt and efficient and the booking of one off their cabs was easily done.

The worst taxi driver on the road, he was waiting for left turn after all the vehicles passed by him he didn’t want to proceed. Vehicle behind me honked, rather than realizing his mistake and move on he choose to stop his car on the middle of the road open his side window and show his middle finger. Guy doesn’t deserve to be on the road, he think he owns the road.

Dirtiest taxi I've ever been in! food wrappers, dirt and stains everywhere. Car smelt like cigarettes. Driver was looking down at phone while driving at times

Very happy with the service. Love the convenience of the app. which allows me to call a cap right away or pre-book a ride. I had rides with them to and from the Halifax airport and within downtown. Drivers I encountered are very friendly and the cars are tidy.

Our driver did not keep his eyes on the road, and made some inappropriate comments that made us feel uncomfortable. He did, however, get us to our destination promptly and was doing his best to be friendly.

Excellent communication via links to real-time location of the driver. Friendly driver and clean cab ride to my destination.

I honestly would NEVER call this service if I needed a taxi, and I recommend that if you want to get to your destination safely that you don’t as well. I have almost been in an accident due to these driver’s reckless driving on multiple occasions. One time my friend called them (before Uber was here) and the driver nearly got us T-boned. I was so shaken, that I called Casino to advise them of the incident and I received a monotone “I’m sorry, we’ll handle it.” They didn’t handle it, as I had seen that person still driving for them a couple years later. Today a man in a Toyota Sienna with a very faded bumper sticker on the left side that reads, “ blood of e s s”(clearly The blood of Jesus) was driving over the line on a highway split, when we were BESIDE him in the other lane. Then he nearly stopped on the highway when we honked at him. He also had the audacity to honk back when his actions caused him to nearly hit us and a couple other cars. It’s unbelievable that a single taxi service has so many careless and flat out reckless drivers.

I was trying to merge onto the highway in heavy traffic. There was a clear opening but at the last second a casino taxi sped up to prevent me from merging which resulted in me having to slam on the breaks and go off the road, almost hitting a guard rail.

Arrived timely, clean, and the driver was respectful. Didn't have any expectations going in, don't travel by taxi often but was very happy with the service.

Excellent service. Drivers have always been very nice and the operator is always so sweet.

Auto phone service is terrible - assumed I was somewhere else and sent a car there. Then got a car and The driver didn't know the city, was driving while using his phone, bullied pedestrians in crosswalks and did a dangerous left hand turn. Never so glad to get out of a vehicle in all my life.

I needed a taxi today and was very glad I used casino taxi.. maybe waited 2 minutes for the driver to arrive... both ways. Great experience. Thanks!

Scheduled the ride in advance and our driver was early, which was great. Very convenient to pay through the app. The only con was that the car was hot and therefore uncomfortable. You will be charged a default tip amount unless you adjust it!

I experienced I taxi driver being very disrespectful tonight November 9 2023 .the passenger of this taxi opened her door quickly and end up hitting and scratching my new car .I said excuse me but you hit my car .she said oh well what ya gonna do am low income you won't get anything from me and then walked off I ask the taxi man to come and look and the damage the his customer caused he then told me he didn't have the time ..I said I only want you to look at it so that I have a witness for the police he then again said I do t have time I told him I will be calling the police and making a report that's when he looked at it ..nothing I can do for ya he said then got into his car and left ..note I was not looking for money I was looking for someone to say sorry and then I would have be ok I know it wasn't the taxi driver fault but the way he treated me when I asked for his assistance was fery rude and that's why I gave 1 star

I had no issues with Casino Taxi until today . I was picked up by cab # 4137 today September 10 2023 3:52pm .I was picked up at the Larry Uteck Sobeys . When I entered his car he said to me : you could walk this is only a short distance -your home is very close you don’t need to call a taxi . He felt entitled to say that to me and that walking is good for you . Of course it is . He he didn’t want to drive a black woman and her child or that he had the upper hand because he was driving . When leaving I made sure to take my receipt as he printed as I didn’t trust he would give it to me as all receipts have a tracking number . He Rudely said you see you have the wrong copy he spoke down to me and said this says Customer copy , this says merchant . Regardless he was racist ,sexist and lazy . He should be fired . He said he is from Jordan originally I can respect that however we do not treat or speak to woman like this in Canada . If his views cannot be put aside perhaps he is in the wrong industry . He has no right to say this to anyone and I hope no one’s else has had this experience . This was reported to the supervisor on sight named Bobbi who said she would rectify what happened . If anyone else has had this driver please speak up and report his lack of professionalism as it looks bad on the company or leave a review here . All the other drivers I have had have been excellent !.

Started using these guys cause I heard they were faster than Bob's. Well... That was a lie. I can't even say they're faster than Bob's because out of my five calls to them this week, I only had a cab driver assigned to TWO of those requests within 45 minutes of waiting. It should not take close to an hour for a driver to be assigned to a job, especially considering I'm ordering the cabs on times where it shouldn't be that busy. It's not like I'm requesting a cab from the Seahorse Tavern at 3:00 in the morning? Genuinely think that if I crawled to work, I would be faster than their dispatch. There is NO REASON you should make someone wait over an hour and still have NO DRIVER ASSIGNED after PREBOOKING the cab over an hour ago. What is the point of the pre-book function if you aren't going to assign a cab to me on time anyway?

This company is rude and ignorant along with the driver Emil daher. They don’t know how to treat their customers and will be lucky if they last another couple years. Don’t use casino choose another company or go to Uber. casino is stuck in 1990 with their payment methods and won’t help you when you have a complaint. The drivers debit machine was down and left his passenger stranded. You guys work for us not the other way around, smarten up with your customer service because casino is on a spiral down hill. I feel bad for you guys. A normal person would take the passengers contact info and follow up

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. This evening I had called a taxi for some family members through the casino taxi website. After waiting almost an hour for the taxi to arrive, I called the number attached to their website. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and had no patience, as I was on the phone for less than 2 minutes before he hung up on me. I explained to him that I had received a confirmation on the website and had been waiting an extended amount of time for my driver, before I could even finish my sentence he cut me off saying it’s outside of their area and will not be sending a car. I asked how I would’ve known that since I got a confirmation along with the exact time my taxi had left to pick up my family members and he responded by hanging up on me. Do not give these people your money. I hope they shut down. I wish I could give 0 stars instead of 1.
