We've been bringing...

We've been bringing both of our cats here since the end of last year and it's been such a pleasant experience. Dr. Liz is extremely knowledgable as well as caring and the techs are very kind as well. We've had some extensive procedures done which were a bit pricey but we did not feel forced or pressured one bit. It's so reassuring to know our cats are getting the best care and to have finally found our forever vet!

My two older kitties...

My two older kitties are my world, and I am SO happy I started bringing them here. All 3 vets, and their whole team, are very knowledgable, super friendly, and genuinely love cats. Not cheap, but the level of care is exceptional and more than a worth it. I've had a variety of procedures done here, and they make sure I understand what is happening and why, and what all my options are. They are very thorough, and always follow up. I trust them completely with my two cats, and will be bringing any future family members here as well!

It is hard to find a...

It is hard to find a trustworthy veterinarian and a clinic that truly care about your cats. Luckily my friend recommended this clinical me, and my cat has been well taking care of. The nurses and receptionists are so friendly and out veterinarian Dr. Ali listens to all my concerns patiently and explain everything in detail. Highly recommended!!!!

Dr. Karen is very lo...

Dr. Karen is very lovely, considerate, and to-the-point. She understands the perspective of a pet owner and clearly explains what is going on with the kitty and outlines possible plans and options. Also provides quick follow-up phone calls after tests are run. As much as my cat and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience with Dr. Karen, some of the receptionists on the team seem quite dismissive, abrupt, and sound annoyed about some of the questions and requests that are legitimate. You can sense that they want to hang up with you as quickly as possible. Although I appreciate all the hard work they do during this difficult time, I wish they were more patient, attentive, and actively listening to the concerns.

I am very grateful f...

I am very grateful for the excellent care that our cat recieved here. The doctor took her time doing a thorough exam and reviewing the chart that we had transferred from another vet. She went through her findings with us and recommended a course of action. I appreciated that she didn't just send us home with some new medication before she had the test results. Instead, she called us the next day when she got the report and started us on the appropriate medication. All About Cats is considerably further from us than many other vets but we'll be going back there.

My experiemce has be...

My experiemce has been terrible and I paid over $500 for the worst experience I've ever had at a vet clinic. They charged me over $135 for doing a general check which just unvolved checking his temperature. My last vet charged me $35 because it only takes 15minutes on such a young cat. I'm so disappointed and feel scammed. I called them as I needed a clinic with experience with international travel as I wanted to make sure I could go for Christmas to visit family. I had to go two seperate appointments. They gave me the wrong paper work and I had to call them again to fix it. And they wanted even more money!

Fantastic staff! Ver...

Fantastic staff! Very friendly, very helpful, and obviously very caring to all cats. I took a stray in recently to get checked out. They were able to do a scan to search a chip, managed to squeeze us in for a health check up at the end of their day, as I was concerned she had an infection, and didn't feel comfortable waiting til the long weekend was over. Dr. Ali, was very helpful and patient with explanations and answering our questions. The assistants, Sam, and Heather who I spoke to over the phone were great to!

I HIGHLY recommend coming here. Not only for emergencies but also for general wellness check ups. The staff here are kind and gentle and truly care for your feline family member(s). My furr sons are afraid of the outside world but they made themselves at home here I was truly surprised! Thanks again to the All About Cats Team 🐾 We'll see you again!
