Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with CanadaPick. Please read this policy carefully. 

1. Cancel before your order ships

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has NOT been shipped. Contact us at littleturtle1129@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +8618312907885 with your order number, and we will give you a full refund.

2. After your order has shipped

We ship directly from China to Canada. International return shipping usually costs more than the item itself, so once an order is shipped, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

3. Damaged, lost, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is lost in transit, email littleturtle1129@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +8618312907885 within 14 days of delivery, include your order number and photos. We will resend a replacement or give you a full refund — you do NOT need to send anything back.

4. When refunds arrive

Approved refunds go back to your original payment card. It may take 5-10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank.
